1. 신주의 종류와 수 : 기명식 보통주식 35,886 주

2. 신주의 발행가액 : 1주당 5,000원

3. 신주의 발행금액 : 보통주식 금 179,430,000원

4. 신주의 배정기준일 : 2022년 12월 19일

5. 신주의 배정방법 : 발행 예정 신주의 100%를 2022년 12월 19일 18시 현재 주주명부에 등재된 주주에게 소유주식 1주당 2.0주의 비율로 배정함. (단, 신주배정기준일 현재 유상증자의 청약 및 납입결과에 따라 무상증자로 발행되는 주식수와 발행금액은 변경될 수 있고 주식관련사채의 행사, 자기주식수의 변동 등으로 인하여 1주당 배정비율이 변동될 수 있으며, 주주별로 배정되는 신주 중 1주 미만의 단수주에 대해서는 신주 상장일 액면가를 기준가액으로 하여 현금으로 지급함)
